Sarah 24/7 + RingCentral

Keep RingCentral for the team; let Sarah catch everything nobody picks up.

Works with Sarah 24/7

How it works

How the RingCentral + Sarah 24/7 AI receptionist pairing works

RingCentral runs your company phone system — extensions, ring groups, the daytime routine. Sarah covers what slips through it: forward no-answer, overflow, or after-hours calls to your Sarah number and they get answered live, qualified, and booked instead of rolling to voicemail. Standard call forwarding is all it takes.

Beyond the phone layer, the pairing works today through connected-calendar booking, contact push through GoHighLevel, or a Zapier or Make bridge that delivers Sarah’s call outcomes wherever your team tracks them. Custom wiring during white-glove onboarding is available on request for more particular routing schemes.

  • No-answer and after-hours calls forward to Sarah automatically
  • Overflow callers qualified and booked instead of voicemailed
  • Call summaries delivered through your chosen bridge

What RingCentral sees after the phone rings

Calls arrive on the number you already advertise. Sarah answers, handles what she is configured to handle, and transfers live to your team when your rules say a person should take it. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, so the argument about what was said stops being an argument.

What lands in RingCentral: a handled call with a written record — through your calendar, your CRM or an automation step, since RingCentral has no native connector.

Setting it up

  • Point the number at Sarah. Port the number you advertise or forward it — either way, nothing on your marketing has to change.
  • Set the routing. Who gets a live transfer, when, and what happens if nobody picks up.
  • Configure recording and summaries. Where recordings and transcripts land, and who on your team can see them.
  • Run a live test call. We test the transfer path and the fallback before the line goes live.

Setup is done by us, not left to you in a builder. Typical time to live: days, not weeks.

FAQ

RingCentral questions

Is this a native integration?+

Not yet. Sarah works alongside RingCentral today via standard call forwarding into her built-in telephony, plus connected-calendar booking, contact push through GoHighLevel or a Zapier or Make bridge, and custom wiring during white-glove onboarding on request.

Do I have to replace my phone system?+

No. RingCentral stays exactly as configured. You simply set its no-answer or after-hours rules to forward to your Sarah number, so she becomes the safety net under your existing setup rather than a replacement for it.

Which calls should I send to Sarah?+

Most teams start with after-hours and no-answer overflow — the calls currently dying in voicemail. Some later route entire lines to Sarah full-time. The forwarding rules are yours to change whenever you want, in your RingCentral admin.
