This policy describes how Sarah247, Inc. (“Sarah247”, “we”) handles information for the Sarah247.ai website and service.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit — name, phone number and business information from our forms, used to contact you about the service.
- Call data processed for customers — when Sarah answers calls for a business, calls are recorded and transcribed to deliver the service (bookings, summaries, quality). That business is the controller of its customer data; we process it on their behalf.
- Usage data — standard technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Website analytics
This section is about visitors to sarah247.ai — it has nothing to do with the call data we process for customers, which is covered above and never mixed with it.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful and how they arrive. It stores a cookie with a random identifier and records the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level, from your IP address), your device and your browser. It does not tell us who you are.
We look at this for one reason: to see which pages answer people’s questions and which ones lose them. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or try to identify individual visitors.
If you would rather not be counted: Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on, and any standard content blocker stops our analytics from loading at all. Neither affects how the site works. You can also write to us and ask us to delete anything we hold about you.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use one customer’s call data to build products for another.
- We keep personal details out of team notifications wherever possible.
Recording consent
Call recording disclosures are configured per business according to the laws of the states they operate in. Businesses using Sarah247 are responsible for choosing the disclosure settings required in their jurisdictions.
Retention & deletion
Recordings and transcripts are retained while the customer account is active or as required by law, and deleted on verified request.
