Works with Sarah 24/7
How the Stripe + Sarah 24/7 AI receptionist pairing works
Stripe handles your payments, invoices, and checkout links. Sarah handles the conversations that lead to them: every call answered 24/7, callers qualified, appointments booked, missed callers texted back. More answered calls means more booked work, which is ultimately what keeps the Stripe dashboard interesting.
The pairing works today through a Zapier or Make bridge — for example, a booking Sarah makes can trigger a Stripe customer record or a payment-link email in your flow — alongside connected-calendar booking and contact push through GoHighLevel. Custom wiring during white-glove onboarding is available on request.
- Booked appointments can trigger Stripe actions via a bridge
- Customer details flow toward your billing records automatically
- Deposit or payment links can follow booking confirmations
What Stripe sees after the phone rings
Sarah books the work and captures the details your bookkeeping needs — customer, address, job, and what was quoted — so the invoice is built from the call rather than reconstructed later. She does not read card numbers over the phone; payment stays in your own flow, which is a deliberate boundary rather than a missing feature.
What lands in Stripe: a clean customer record — through your calendar, your CRM or an automation step, since Stripe has no native connector.
Setting it up
- Connect the account. Authorised during onboarding, scoped to customer and job records.
- Map customers and job data. What Sarah writes on a new customer, and how a booked job maps to your invoicing.
- Set the money boundary. What she may quote, what she must not, and where payment questions get routed.
- Run a live test call. A booking goes through and you check the record before it touches a real invoice.
Setup is done by us, not left to you in a builder. Typical time to live: days, not weeks.
Stripe questions
Is this a native integration?+–
Not yet. Sarah works alongside Stripe today through a Zapier or Make bridge connecting bookings to your payment flow, plus connected-calendar booking and contact push through GoHighLevel — with custom wiring during white-glove onboarding on request.
Does Sarah take card numbers over the phone?+–
No. Sarah books the appointment and the bridge hands off to your Stripe flow — such as sending a secure payment or deposit link by text or email. Card details stay inside Stripe’s checkout, where they belong.
Can I require a deposit when Sarah books?+–
Yes, as part of your flow: the bridge can send a Stripe payment link right after booking, and your policy decides whether the slot is held pending payment. We map that logic with you during onboarding.
